Dear Fellow Disciples in Christ!

During these warm days of summer, we are grateful for the gifts of our parish members who share much of their time, talent, and treasure to support the mission of Building Up the Body of Christ here in Maple Shade.

We continue to move forward in our mission, fully developing our Strategic Plan which was presented in our Town Hall Meeting in June. If you want more information on our Strategic Plan please visit our website where you will find more content including a video laying out our plan.

So far this year, we have collected 43% of the commitments made during our Stewardship Sunday season last fall. We are grateful to all of you who have prioritized your parish in how you spend the resources entrusted to you.

We’ve also:

• Welcomed 15 new families to our parish.
• Increased attendance by 11%.
• Confirmed 20 teens.
• Celebrated 21 children receiving First Holy Communion. 
• Made and delivered 200 sandwiches to people in need and sent 800 greeting cards to those in local nursing and assisted care facilities.
• Initiated 3 new members into the church at the Easter Vigil while celebrating the sacraments of First Holy Communion and Confirmation for 4 other members!
• Achieved our Annual Catholic Appeal goal and increased the number of donors!
• Staff and volunteers attended the Rebuilt Conference to learn more about how we can grow and engage our faith together!
• Finished the upgrade to our electrical service for the church and replaced the roof on our gym!
